Information collected
The matcher can be used without creating an account. We may process anonymous or pseudonymous website-usage data, affiliate-click information, technical request data, and an email address when a visitor voluntarily joins the mailing list.
How information is used
Information is used to operate and secure the site, understand which pages and recommendations are useful, measure outbound affiliate performance, respond to requests, and send emails requested by subscribers.
Analytics and local storage
RoamMatch uses Vercel Web Analytics to obtain aggregated website-usage statistics. The site may also use essential browser storage for technical preferences. RoamMatch does not intentionally use advertising cookies on the current version of the site.
Affiliate links and third parties
When a visitor follows an outbound provider link, RoamMatch may record the provider, destination, placement, and related recommendation context. The destination provider then processes the visit under its own privacy policy and terms. Hosting, analytics, email-delivery, automation, and affiliate-network providers may process limited data on RoamMatch's behalf.
Email subscriptions
Email addresses are collected only when submitted voluntarily. Subscribers may unsubscribe at any time by using the unsubscribe option in a message or by contacting RoamMatch. Email addresses are not sold.
Retention and security
Data is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and service security. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
