Informational service
RoamMatch does not sell, provision, activate, or provide customer support for eSIM services unless explicitly stated. Purchases and service contracts are completed directly with third-party providers.
No guarantee of provider information
Prices, promotions, data allowances, coverage, network partners, compatibility, hotspot rules, activation requirements, refund policies, and availability may change. Visitors must verify all material details and device compatibility on the provider's website before purchasing.
Recommendations
Match results are generated from the traveler's answers, published provider characteristics, and available plan data. They are not personal financial, legal, telecommunications, or travel advice and do not guarantee that a provider will meet every traveler's needs.
Affiliate relationships

Acceptable use
Visitors must not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit malicious content, or use automated systems in a way that places an unreasonable burden on the service.
Third-party services
RoamMatch is not responsible for the availability, fulfilment, billing, support, connectivity, refunds, or privacy practices of third-party providers. Any dispute relating to a purchased eSIM must normally be addressed to the provider that sold it.
Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, RoamMatch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from reliance on site content, third-party services, interrupted connectivity, inaccurate provider data, or travel decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
